Administration to match your needs

Administration features and access roles are agreed within the project scope. Agreed features may include:

  • User administration (create, edit, delete users and roles)
  • Content management (CMS for texts, images and documents)
  • Statistics and analytics (visitor counts, user activity, conversions)
  • System settings (configuration, integrations, API keys)
  • Reports and data export
  • Notifications and system event logging

Hosting, maintenance, security responsibilities and any administration features are agreed in the proposal. These choices are preferences, not an order or a promise of included features.

Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

Important: This agreement protects both your business idea and our right to develop similar solutions for other customers. Please read it carefully before accepting.

This non-disclosure agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you, as the owner of the idea (the “Customer”), and 8020 Software Factory, part of Skjld Labs AS (“8020”, “we” or “us”).

1. Confidential information

Includes: Your business idea, business model, customer base, marketing strategy, financial information and personal data.

Does NOT include: General concepts, our existing knowledge, generic functionality and open-source software.

2. Use of information

Our obligations

  • • Treat your business information as confidential
  • • Not develop competing products based on your unique idea
  • • Not share your information with third parties without consent

Our rights

  • • Use general knowledge and experience
  • • Develop similar solutions for other customers
  • • Reuse generic components and methods

3. Independent development

You acknowledge that 8020 / Skjld Labs AS works with many customers and may receive similar ideas from other sources.

4. Duration

Obligations concerning your confidential business information apply for 3 (three) years.

5. Right to reject

8020 / Skjld Labs AS reserves the right to reject submitted ideas with or without giving a reason.
